DIKE Advisory is an independent corporate finance boutique focused on advising small and mid-sized companies as well as private investors. We advise buy side as well as sell side M&A transactions, the setting up of new businesses and investment vehicles, business consultancy, and fundraising solutions. It was founded in February 2015 by Francesco Valentini, tax lawyer, founder of DIKE Legal & Business Management, DIKE Trust-Trustee, FAREM and founder of DIKE Advisory, Diogo Santos, Economist, co-founder of DIKE Advisory, and Paulo Ferreira, lawyer and co-founder of DIKE Advisory.
DIKE Advisory was born as a natural next step in adding new capabilities to DIKE Group.
DIKE Advisory provides independent advice on a range of areas. We focus primarily on buy side M&A transactions, working closely with clients throughout the whole process. The process comprises the identification/selection of potential targets, analysis, deal structure, negotiation, closing and a post-closing follow up. Moreover, DIKE Advisory also works with its clients in the establishment of joint-ventures and strategic partnerships.
DIKE Advisory provides services in the setting up of investment vehicles and new businesses that the client wishes to implement. We provide support in project execution and implementation as well as legal representation. Furthermore, we provide advice on capital raise and financing solutions.
DIKE Advisory consults clients on operational issues and capital structures.
Diogo graduated from University of York in 2004 with an honors degree in Economics & Finance. He then went on to Université Paris 1 (Sorbonne 1) to do a Diplôme Universitaire in Mathematical Models in Economics and Finance, graduating in 2005. Most recently, in 2017, he obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Control and Performance by INDEG-IUL ISCTE Executive Education.
Law degree and Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association. Senior Partner (Legal) at Dike Advisory and Chief Director of Legal Dept. & Intl.Affairs at FAREM, Head of the legal department of Dike Madeira a Company based in the International Business Centre of Madeira.
Francesco Valentini, born in Monfalcone (Gorizia) Itália. Law degree on 06/16/1991 at the University of Modena with a score of 105/110. PhD in Administrative Law at the University of Milan. Lawyer in Italy (Modena) since 1998. Researcher at the Lusiada Lisbon university(1998), at the faculty of Law - Law course of the university.
