Founded in 2015, DIKE Advisory was born as a natural next step in adding new capabilities to DIKE Group.
M&A
DIKE Advisory advises on both Sell-side and Buy-side M&A transactions, and in the establishment of Joint Ventures. We pride ourselves for our independence and our commitment in finding attractive solutions for our clients.
On the Sell-side we thoroughly select ideal acquirers for placing your business, assisting throughout the selling process, from valuation to negotiation, and from a financial statement value maximization perspective to a deal structure perspective.
On the Buy-side we will assist our clients with suitable target selection, valuation and negotiation or with specific selected targets where we can give objective and unbiased advice on asks received from a valuation perspective and how best to pursue and complete the deal

DIKE Advisory will assist its clients in setting up new companies from business planning to implementation, consulting on the best way to achieve the intended objective.
DIKE Advisory will help its clients turn their business ideas into companies. We offer advice on business model, implementation, business projections, funding analysis, legal issues, operations, human resources, and strategic partnerships.
On the Investment Vehicles front, we advise on the suitable vehicle and its set up, and through DIKE Legal & Business Management, we provide fiduciary, legal and fiscal services, back office services, and a range of services within the scope of several International Business Centers, namely Madeira, Luxembourg, Switzerland, UK, Malta, Singapore, and Panama.
Fundraising
DIKE Advisory will assist its clients in obtaining the fund raising needed. It will advise on the more appropriate funding sources to meet the client´s goals.
DIKE Advisory will, aligned with its client’s wishes, explore the available sources to obtain the most advantageous mix among bank financing, new investors (Private Equity, long term shareholders), bond issuance or bilateral lending agreements.

DIKE Advisory provides Real Estate Advisory, Brokerage and Valuation services. DIKE Advisory focus its real estate services in finding solutions for its clients in commercial real estate (office, industrial, retail and hotel), mixed-use property, and land development opportunities.
DIKE Advisory is an authorized Broker holder of the Portuguese license AMI 12762.
